Nicholas saves the sale
Nicholas was very hands on , passing on all information regarding the campaign to sell my mother’s house. We always knew what was going on, how many people were interested and what was the likelihood of the property being sold. He made you feel like you were the only client he was working with. The property was quite a difficult one to sell as it needed a lot of work done and could possibly be a knock down and rebuild. Nicholas attracted the exact buyers needed to bid at auction and obtain a great price.We were very pleased with the results as they were higher than expected.

Great at every aspect
Nicholas is great! He has a lot of knowledge of the local area, communicates consistantly and efficiently, provides names of local tradies if you need something done and makes the whole process seem effortless. He sold the house off market just a few weeks after the agreement was signed. We are extremely happy with the outcome, the whole process and of course Nicholas.

Stressfree and happy process
We have used Nicolas and his team before and would only use them going forward. They never treat you like just another "sale" and genuinely want what's best for you and your family.
