Great property managers at Bribie Realty.

As a landlord i am looking for a highly professional team that communicate well & are looking after my best interests when they manage my properties & I have found exactly that with Kirra & Sheri. They have been excellent at communicating all aspects of my tenancies I have listed with their agency. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 100% recommended !

Kirra & Sheri @ Bribie Realty have been excellent to deal with from our perspective as a landlord. Great communication when any problem has presented itself. Communication is always prompt & straight to the point. Highly effective when required. Extremely hard working & very professional team. I rest well knowing my management fees are well spent.

Great to deal with

Only used bribie reality for a short time as was selling my unit. They took over after dealing with another agent on the island who didn’t care about peoples Property. They looked After my unit and kept Me informed about everything I needed to know even selling my property for me . I was very happy with bribie island realty

Very happy with the management of our rental property with Bribie Realty. We are always kept informed of any issues when they arise. Maintenance concerns are immediately addressed & Bribie Realty are prompt in paying rent payments into our bank account. Tenants are well screened & we are kept up to date on all matters.
