Needing to find new tenants after the previous ones had left the house in a terrible state, Ray White firstly set out making sure the house was beautifully presented for new tenants, and while this took some time as the house needed a lot of work, when it came time to find new tenants they worked swiftly and professionally. Meeting and vetting all prospective tenants to make sure they were well suited to the property has ensured that my new tenants are looking after the property as if it were their own.

During my family’s experience with Ray White Narangba was fantastic. As we live in nsw central coast they were more then happy to do a FaceTime inspection to look at the property. We handed in our applications in the next day and the girls at the office got right to work on the applications. They would keep us updated emailed us if they needed anything and if I had a question they were more then happy to help me out. We recently moved into a rental property leased by Position One Property and from first inspection to now, finally being moved in we have encountered the most incredibly professional team. It was clear from day 1 they cared about their tenants just as much as their home owners which in my opinion is a number one quality of this agency. In the past other agencies have failed miserably making us as tenants feel “lower class”. Position One has been fair and reasonable on all encounters and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again when we choose to buy our own home. I’ve rented a lot over the years & some agent chains I refuse to rent with because of how badly they treat their tenants. First National is not on that list, but I began with a healthy dose of skepticism. I’ve been with Bribie Island now for about a month and here’s what I’ve learned: They are open more than closed. They are more readily available to answer your calls. You tend to be able to speak to the same people about your property. They have systems in place to help your initial move-in easier than other real estate agents. I had a plumbing issue that was rectified in two hours. I put in a request for some changes that were actioned and approved within a week. However, they have not yet been completed in the time frame given to me as yet. But that’s on the owner, not the agent. Everybody seems ridiculously friendly. It must be island living! I never thought I'd write a review for a real estate agent, let alone a positive one. But these guys deserve it.
