Erin uses this experience not only in her day to day dealings with clients, but in keeping the rest of the Bricks and Mortar RE team at the top of their game through her in house training sessions and commitment to sourcing quality external workshops and seminars. In addition to training and development, Erin is a qualified and first rate Property Manager with extensive experience in leasing across Melbourne. She also has sales experience and a wealth of behind the scenes know how – acting as Bricks and Mortar RE’s office manager. A fast thinker with meticulous attention to detail, a diligent work ethic and highly developed negotiation skills, Erin is dedicated to assisting her clients and her team members to successfully achieve their real estate goals.
