His high level of communication is a huge asset and goes a long way to making us as landlords feel comfortable and informed. Samantha Rowland is incredibly invested in providing a top quality service. This is evidenced in her selection of high-end team members, her unrivalled level of industry knowledge, and her personal commitment to us as clients. We recently had a plumbing emergency at our property and Sam was there within 10 minutes with a car full of towels, literally mopping up our mess. It means a lot to us to know that nothing is too far above or beneath her level of expertise! Daniel Higgins has managed the everyday running of our property seamlessly and we couldn’t ask for anything more. In addition, we feel that Stone highly values our tenants and respects their needs. We never want to become those landlords that tenants despise. Our hope is that our tenants love making our property their home, and we feel Stone aligns with this ethos. Since engaging Stone to manage our property at Aspley we have realised what incredible management is supposed to look like and have made the decision to have our small portfolio of other properties also managed by them.
