I have been linked with Stone Real Estate Aspley for over 4 years. During this time I have found their staff to be extremely helpful and any requests for maintenance issues have been handled promptly and with a sense or urgency. More recently I had decided that I wanted to move to another home that had a pool, to keep my growing family happy. Knowing that a rental with a pool can be highly sort after, I was not confident I would find one that would firstly be in my price range, but more so a home that had a pool, a big enough yard for my two dogs, and enough bedrooms for my family of 6. The staff at Stone Real Estate Aspley said that given our rental history with them to date had been a positive one, and they would like to assist me in finding a new place for my family, they took the challenge on. Within 3 weeks they had not only found the perfect new rental property to move to for us, but they also had coordinated our end of lease in our current rental so that we could occupy the new residence before Xmas. When applying for a rental property, the staff at Stone Real Estate Aspley were incredibly efficient and personable. They showed genuine care and interest in the property, as well as our needs as tenants - Even going as far as to water the lawns prior to the inspection and allowing us to inspect the property at a time that suited our schedule.
