We are really happy with the service Stone Real Estate Aspley provides in managing and leasing our property. We had a recent change in tenants, and Stone were very proactive with getting the property listed, doing lots of Open Houses at different times to attract a range of interested parties, and being flexible to adapt and comply with Covid restrictions happening at the time. We already had great tenants previously (that Stone had found), and they were able to ensure a smooth and fast transition to the next person moving in.
