John took care of alot of fiddly house maintance issuee to make open home a success. John got the results we wanted in 1 week. It seemed all parties were happy and I felt he had an honest approach. I would highly recommend John and his Team again! Matt also has a really relaxed, warm friendly approach which is a bonus for open homes and private viewings! John, unlike many agents, does not focus on commission but looks to achieve a higher and fair price for the seller. His market knowledge of our suburb was superior to other agents spoken with. He did not suggest lower selling price to achieve a sale but read the market extremely well. John’s communication could not be exceeded as he kept us informed the entire journey. I am a single woman in my 70s who decided to downsize and move closer to my grandchildren, and selling my home was a big life transition.
