Right from the start Simone took control and after a previous negative experience with another agent demonstrated actual know how and relationship building. No cut and paste, she researched, did not guess, was confident and from the first proposal I could see the positives about to transpire. House was not an easy sale, and her recommendations for styling made the difference. Every other agent just wanted to churn. Watching how Simone interacted with buyers, the way she was able to problem solve and make sure I was kept informed whilst seeking collaboration was the difference.
