The process of selling our house was incredibly straightforward and stress-free with the assistance and guidance of Sean. He is excellent at guiding with where to spend your energy and resources to prepare the house for sale and a timely and successful outcome. Communication is always clear and timely, and we appreciated his honesty and guidance throughout this process. He is able to co-ordinate trades, cleaners, and anything that will make the process easier, without being pushy. He has a great balance between checking in to keep in touch helping you feel supported and motivated, without nagging or stressing you. His ability to see what makes a property unique, and to market it highlighting those features, is a true gift.
