The sale from start to finish was stress free and we were free to head off on our next adventure. With the interstate move, again James and Saeed offered expert free advise, and were very helpful. We can't speak highly enough of James . Saeed sold us the house 20 years ago and formed a friendship trust and respect that has continued to this day. Saeed was firm with his price but he worked for the seller in the first place. For a buyer he will be responsive and will facilitate the buyers requests as well. Our situation was a bit unusual as the seller was old and won't speak much English and all comms needed to go through their children, making communication slower and harder. In the end, thank you very much Saeed!
