First of all, Jacob looked at the property prior to finding properties to compare to it to. Others brought with them examples of sales that were wholly inappropriate. He was professional, honest and totally unflappable throughout the entire process. I wasn’t excited about going through a sales process so jacob sold me home off market. He showed four thoroughly qualified buyers and got two offers. Seriously can’t ask for more from any agent.
