Kel has been outstanding all the way through the sales process. Advising on presentation of the house, putting us in touch with exceptional tradespeople and providing frank and regular feedback on the numbers, quality and potential of the people viewing the house. We adopted his recommended sales strategy in full which resulted in very high numbers of viewers, both online and attendance at open houses. Nothing is too much trouble for Deron.
Lisa and I were extremely impressed with Deron's dedication and honesty. We gave him a budget and he only showed us properties that fitted our budget. Deron went out of his way to make our purchase as seamless and pain free as possible. Gave great advice to us at contract time and even visited well after hours with updates.Also provide us with professional advice when we became confused with the sale of our property even though he wasn't the selling agent. We would recommend Deron to anybody selling or purchasing real estate. A real gentleman and someone we'll share a beverage with when we get this move all sorted.
