I purchased my new home sight unseen from New Zealand - James was my life line in this process. He was totally proactive in guiding me thru the process which was slightly different from NZ. I had found other agents just not interested in dealing with me - maybe purchasing from NZ was too hard for them. Even broke my wrist on moving in day, he sorted a small plumbing issue that arose as well, telling me to worry about me and he will sort the house and plumbing issue.
