We first met Brian two and a half years ago when we purchased 17 Outlook Place, our dream block. He was the agent for the whole of Manooka Estate, a large area with a lot of blocks of varying sizes and slopes, many of which were still being formed. Unfortunately, due to a sudden change of circumstance, our situation changed from an owner ready to build, to a seller. Brian understood our circumstance immediately and stepped in to make the selling process as hands free as possible. Brian rang with weekly updates up until buyers appeared. From there, it was action. Selling property remains one of the most stressful processes for owners and it was Brian's verve and humour throughout the time that we appreciated most.
