We selected Brian for his market knowledge, that he would have open homes on Sundays and that he always had a colleague with him during openings. During the listing his communication was excellent and he really helped to filter the genuine buyers from the time wasters. The photographer that he uses is first class and the photos ultimately helped sell our house to interstate investors who didn't view the house prior to purchase. Nothing was too much bother for Brian and I would thoroughly recommend his as an agent.

Saeed was always very efficient at responding to my queries and was very professional. Despite us not going through with the first open house we met him at, he introduced several other new houses which he was about to put on the market which were similar to the one we were interested in, when most other agents did not do this. It is evident that there is a lot of attention to detail put into the houses that he sells to ensure they are presentable from the impeccable listing photography to the smooth organising of the settlement. He was able to respond to all my questions and had a broad understanding of the suburb we were purchasing in. I would not hesitate to use his services if I had to sell a house.
