Cherry and David are great property managers. Always responsive and alert, they also try to get multiple quotes before finalising a job. They do a good balancing act in trying to do it right by the landlord and the tenant as well. Definitely recommend Cherry and her team for property management needs!

I work in real estate myself in Sydney, while not with the same network that manages our Brisbane property, but a competitor in fact. So, my expectation of what a good property manager should offer were high. After swapping our investment property over to Cherry & David at C21 Online in 2021, we couldn't be happier. I was looking for an agency that would act more than just 'rent collectors', as I wanted the best advice on our investment and how to maximize our returns.
