Professional and efficient
Cherry has been amazing managing our rental property over the past few years. She professionally conducts inspections, advising us when issues need to be addressed and organises maintenance quickly when required. She has carefully and efficiently found new tenants when others move out with little or no break in rent. We are very grateful for her efforts which have made things very simple for us. Highly recommend.

Rental Property Management
With the help of Century 21 Online we have been able to find new tenants for our property at Ferny Grove. Its normal in this area to have quite a few applications from potential tenants. But sorting through the applications, verifying all the information and selecting the applicants that are the best fit for the property is time consuming and difficult. The team at Century 21 take it all in their stride, they are patient, take time to go through all the detail and get all the relevant information to enable an informed decision by the Landlord.

Excellent agents

So helpful & great results
Cherry & David are a great team and are so helpful and genuinely care about their clients. Our house was put on the market for rent, and in less then one week Cherry found us a tenant.
