Being an interstate investor it was hard to have faith in an agent to look after our investment property. We have been choosing David Tyler to help us with the sale of our property, not because of the lower fees ( although that was an extra bonus), but because he seemed the most realistic and knowledgeable in regards of the local property market ( Ferny Grove). David from Century 21 online at Ferny Grove sold our apartment in Teneriffe. He did an amazing job in handling the sale of the property from the beginning. Although that was not normally an area that David had focused on previously, we approached him about handling the sale due to prior knowledge and experience we had with David assisting us in the purchase of other properties. David was very professional and sought to familiarise himself with the area and recent sales within the area. David also sought to understand the history of the sale of other units in the complex, what amenities it offered compared to surrounding complexes in the area and their sale history. As a result of his through investigations, David was able to sell our apartment for an amazing outcome. We found David had extensive knowledgeable and experienced within the real estate field which was multifaceted.
