My experience with Dave and Cherry was excellent. I was nervous about the whole process, particularly in a changing market and my first time selling. Dave was fantastic throughout the whole process. He communicated well, offered me positive reassurance and had extensive knowledge on the local market. He wasn’t pushy at all which appealed to me the most. He wanted to do the best for the seller and had this first and foremost in his mind. It can be hard to trust someone to sell your house, but my trust was definitely not lost in Dave. David was down the line with his appraisal and what to do to the house prior to sale. Fees were very attractive and although not his normal area he works in. nothing was an issue. Manage to sell the house in a week, for a lot more than other real estate agents appraisals were, and his fees were a lot cheaper as well.

I approached a number of local agents about nine months ago when I was considering selling my rental property. I was particularly impressed with David's knowledge, professionalism & communication and felt confident that he would be the best agent to sell the house when the time came. Incidentally, I was so impressed that I asked him & Cherry to immediately take over its management - which by the way was also faultless. Once I had made the decision to sell, David developed a plan to ensure that the house was ready for sale as soon as the lease expired, liaising with the tenants where works etc were necessary. In the meantime, he was clearly working on marketing the property. The end result was that on the day after the lease expired, he showed a number of prospective purchasers through the house, one of whom signed a contract a few days later - at a price I was very happy with. He continued to keep in touch on a regular basis over the following weeks, providing updates on progress of the sale until settlement, which I found very reassuring. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending David to anyone looking at buying, selling, renting or leasing a property. I feel quite sure that he provides the same great level of service that I experienced to all of his customers.
