I approached a number of local agents about nine months ago when I was considering selling my rental property. I was particularly impressed with David's knowledge, professionalism & communication and felt confident that he would be the best agent to sell the house when the time came. Incidentally, I was so impressed that I asked him & Cherry to immediately take over its management - which by the way was also faultless. Once I had made the decision to sell, David developed a plan to ensure that the house was ready for sale as soon as the lease expired, liaising with the tenants where works etc were necessary. In the meantime, he was clearly working on marketing the property. The end result was that on the day after the lease expired, he showed a number of prospective purchasers through the house, one of whom signed a contract a few days later - at a price I was very happy with.
