We met Franzwa at a number of open homes in the Brisbane west corridor
Franzwa displayed great enthusiasm and was keen to learn what our needs as buyers were and he explained the current market situation and trends to us. In the end, it was his intervention in negotiations that enabled us to purchase a property that met our needs and exceeded our expectations. Franzwa was very efficient in his dealings with us in providing further property and contract information and this was well supported by his staff. We appreciated dealing with a person who was polite, professional, punctual and reliable.

Professional, Responsive and Honest
It was a pleasure doing business with Franzwa regarding the recent sale of our property. Honest, professional and straightforward
After searching for almost a year and dealing with many agents I can sincerely say that our experience with Franzwa was absolutely amazing. The thing I appreciated most was his professional attitude and honest approach. No game playing, very prompt and responsive service that made the whole process easy and efficient. Professional Service
Franzwa assisted us in selecting a good market value for the land we sold. He kept us informed about any inspections and was able to secure us a buyer in a very short time frame. We have now listed a further block of land with him and are confident that he will sell this block in the near future. I'd highly recommend Franzwa if you are looking to work with a professional agent who works hard to achieve a great sale in a minimum amount of time.

A pleasure to deal with!
After a bad experience with real estate agents on our last sale we were very cautious in selecting an agent to sell our acreage property. Expecting the usual real agent speak, we were very pleased to find Franzwa to be an intelligent, well prepared businessman with a great deal of knowledge regarding the sales and purchases in our area. . The end result of commissioning Franzwa's Brisbane West R/E was that our property was sold on the first inspection! Pretty impressive! We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Franzwa Van Vuuren to anyone who wanted to sell or buy real estate. We would certainly use his services again and again.
