Rashmi saw us at a couple of properties, and when we finally settled on one that we liked, she was very pleasant to deal with. She respected both parties and sought answers to our questions. Rashmi responded quickly to calls and emails and just made the whole transaction easy. At open houses, Rashmi was not pushy at all, but was available if we had questions, and we found that was a pleasant approach for us as buyers.

Being new in Australia I was very nervous considering buying our first home here. This quote certainly applied to the service we received from Franzwa, the agent who sold our Pullenvale home in August 2018. Throughout the sale process we were kept informed of progress. We found Franzwa to be utterly reliable, our telephone calls were returned promptly, and Franzwa, his son Kelvin and the team at Brisbane West Real Estate were all most helpful, efficient, pleasant and very professional.
