Having found a property to purchase through David at Buckingham, it was suggested to us that David would be a great choice to help us sell our property in Vermont. After due consideration, we chose David. He was very supportive and nothing was too much trouble. He took time to explain anything we were not sure of without becoming exasperated. His belief in being able to sell the property motivated us to do all we could as vendors to make his job as easy as possible. He was totally honest and up front and did perform the tasks he said he would . The whole team at Buckingham work together to achieve the best outcomes for vendors and also purchasers. Many of the crowd at auction day commented to us after, how impressed they were with David and Stuart and the empathetic way they worked with prospective buyers. David achieved an amazing result for us.
