Prior to appointing Buckingham we did plenty of research, including reading an article which stated that you needed to a trust the agent that you were engaging for the sale of your property. We took this on board and your advice with regards to Marketing, property preparation and projected outcomes was key to exceeding our expectations - which you did comprehensively! We’ve sold properties in the past and our previous experience was that the listing/senior agent would sign you up and would attend very few of the inspections - this was not the case with Buckingham. We were pleased that you attended each and every inspection and we truly appreciated the almost instant feedback.
