This is a very rare standard that he has applied to himself, and being within the Industry myself for many years, he is the only Agent that has picked up my call every time I have called him:). After being relocated to WA approximately 10 years ago, I was apprehensive about selling our old house in Yallambie while being 4000km away. However, Stuart was very helpful in managing all steps of the process and made things seem easy from the start. Kate in particular was amazing in helping arrange a large number of renovations & repairs and went out of her way to help get the property ready on a very tight schedule & without any compromise on results. Ashley & Stuart kept me updated at all stages of the marketing campaign and worked hard on a hectic schedule of open houses right up until auction. Despite bidding falling just a little short on the day, they persevered and achieved a good price soon after in difficult market conditions and definitely did a great job. You have an array of support people immediately available (conveyancing, gardening and cleaning) who all work to an exceptionally high standard. Ryan was professional to the enth degree. He was contactable at all times (even while he was at an airport on his way back from America). He got quite sick just before our auction, but pushed through with the same dedication and commitment to get the job done. He was in total control of the auction which was quite impressive considering his age. Ryan always took the time to explain everything and kept us informed as to the progress of the campaign. We really couldnt think of anything that would need improving.
