I liked Scott's attitude and approach from the start, I was able to talk to him on the same level, rather than feeling a little intimidated as you can with some agents. He didn't come in telling me what he was going to do, he listened to our story and we worked through what WE were going to do. Scott was always upfront, gave us plenty of notice for inspections and communicated well, no matter what time of day it was, he was always available if we had any concerns. Scott was able to achieve a figure better than we expected under the current covid conditions, and conducted himself in a very professional manner throughout the sale period. After talking to friends and work colleagues in the early stages about agents, Scott was actually recommended by a few, and I would have no hesitation recommending him myself, now.
