I cannot recommend highly enough Buckingham and Co. Stuart managed to get within the predicted price, on a falling market, for my parent house. How I don't know but I am eternally grateful for it. Kate was amazing, she took over control of making the house market ready, bearing the difficulty of dealing with the owner in another country. I inherited the house through my parent's estate and hadn't really seen inside it for a number of years. Kate worked wonders in clearing out the debris and getting it cleaned and ready for showing.
