What an experience! "Jump in with two feet and flounder!" NO WAY! We were very carefully lead through step by step. And by the way - I have no car at present and was visited with both Stuart and his Staff on a regular basis - so much appreciated. As the 'climate' has slowed Stuart had to work hard to sell the property; my Family & I were proud of front Staffing and also their clean work ethics. I chose Stuart and the agency as I purchased of them 17 years ago. From the beginning we received the best advice based on the experience and the knowledge of Stuart. The staff were attentive, and followed through with any requests and queries. And always in a professional manner. The auction went off like a dream, and we received a satisfactory result. He provided reliable information relating to the process of selling our property including the areas demographics, median house prices, capital growth, recent sales in the area and a realistic price appraisal of our property. He discussed the advertising approach and recommended a public auction over other sales methods that proved to be the right strategy in our case. He attended all open house inspections and provided excellent feedback on the number of attendees and likely bidders. I saw evidence of actions by Ryan's colleagues at the Buckingham & Company Real Estate Agency assisting in the private inspections and this gave us as vendors the feeling of a total agency commitment.
