From the very start, the experience we were given by Stuart Buckingham was exceptional. The price range he quoted for the value of the house in the beginning was spot on, he did not try to "get us in" by over quoting a price. All the times that he came into our home, it felt like an old friend coming around for a chat, not a typical agent chasing your money. He made time to talk about how we were going with life in general, spoke to the kids when he needed and made us feel completely comfortable and at ease with the whole process. The team at Buckingham are the most professional I have dealt with, from reception directing our calls promptly and answering the phone with a smile, to Kate going above and beyond right through the whole campaign. Even after the house sold, there were weekly phone calls asking if there was anything further they could do for us and general chit chat about how our house hunting was going. I couldn't recommend a team of people to sell my house more highly.
