We recently sold our property in Watsonia using Scott Anderson from Buckingham & Co. There were 2 reasons we used Scott. The first being we bought the property from Scott 7 years earlier and thought very highly of his transparency to the purchaser. We were able to go into the auction knowing where we stood. It was from this smooth process we decided to use Buckingham & Co as our property managers. When it came time to sell we contacted Scott and he gave a very honest opinion of where the market was at and the potential price range our property was in. During the 4 week campaign Scott would call after every open for inspection with an update and also mid week after he followed up potential leads.
