I have utilised Buckingham and Company twice for sale of properties the first time in 2011for the sale of my mother's house in Watsonia and the second in 2016 for my mother in law's house in Montmorency. On both occasions Stuart Buckingham himself ran the campaigns leading up to Auction. On both occasions there a large number of inspections and the Auctions were well attended. We were kept informed at all time regarding the interest in the properties. Prior to appointing Buckingham and Company a full explanation of the marketing campaign and the current trends for house sales in the areas were given. At the Auctions the work done by Stuart in extracting the highest bid was professional and he achieved great results. On both occasions the amounts of the final bid far exceeded my expectations.

15 years ago I bought a house, in a little court for my boys and had many agents hunting for houses for me, with some fairly restrictive requests. There was only 1 all those years ago that listened. Having found a property to purchase through David at Buckingham, it was suggested to us that David would be a great choice to help us sell our property in Vermont. After due consideration, we chose David. He was very supportive and nothing was too much trouble. He took time to explain anything we were not sure of without becoming exasperated. His belief in being able to sell the property motivated us to do all we could as vendors to make his job as easy as possible. He was totally honest and up front and did perform the tasks he said he would . The whole team at Buckingham work together to achieve the best outcomes for vendors and also purchasers.
