From the first meeting I was impressed with Scott's experience and knowledge of my suburb. He gave me a sales price and then backed that up with figures and facts rather than vague promises. His communication skills are excellent - he always returned calls promptly and followed up with information after all open houses. Ryan helped us out as much as he could giving us private viewings of the property due to my work commitments and was always quick to shoot me an email or give me a call on up and coming properties. He has also been very helpful in trying to find us an investment property and had even given me advice on properties not being sold by Buckingham. We met Scott Anderson in the purchase of our new home in Doreen. Scott was friendly from the start after ringing him for an unplanned viewing of the home he had on the market. Always on time & contactable, Scott made the purchase & paper work of our new home easier, than previous dealings we have had with other agents. Very impressed with Stuart and Paige. The price Stuart achieved for us was close to the top range of the estimated value. We wanted the apartment sold prior to Christmas and we had only given a few weeks notice. This was also achieved with the sale going through mid December. Nicole Buckingham was also very professional and helpful in assisting us with a unsatisfactory situation with Fletchers Real Estate who had previously been the property managers. The customer service supplied by Paige was above all expectations. Nothing was too much trouble.
