David is both professional and playful in his sales approach, and reminded very down-to-earth throughout the entire process. He was never pushy or pretentious, which was something we both appreciated. He promptly followed up any questions we had and was even happy to accommodate our requests for an extra inspections for family, building inspectors and to get the electricity connected. We understand that he has to act in the vendors best interests as the vendor is his client, but we felt like he really looked after us too, offering good advice and pointers along the way. We're really looking forward to making Montmorency our home; David has made the process more enjoyable than any other real estate company we've dealt with over the last twelve long months.
