I contacted David on my elderly fathers behalf to sell his property as he was going into Care. David came to his property and spoke to Dad giving him an honest appraisal of his home and what he could expect in the market place. David's approach impressed my father and myself in that he spoke in simple terms that dad could understand and did not promise anything that we thought was not reasonable.
