Tony is a partner and the Officer in Effective Control (OIEC) of Burnham Real Estate's Footscray office. He has been with the company since 1985 and has in excess of 30 year's real estate experience in the Western Suburbs. As a youngster he was a winner of the Novice Auctioneers Competition and has followed this passion and conducted in excess of 2000 Auctions. Always thinking of innovative marketing ideas, as a marketing stunt he appeared on Seven Networks Hot Property and successfully auctioned a home to rent. This was a novel idea maybe ahead of its time. In today's environment many of the better rental properties are rented to tenants privately bidding against each other. Nothing beats the combination of experience and passion. Tony ensures owners and clients achieve the very best deal possible and he always gives 100%. This is reflected on the best price and overall result being achieved. He also likes to offer his clients the most competitive fees. The combination of the above brings Tony many referrals and clients returning to use his services again. Tony is guided by honesty and straight forward real estate practice. New business is greatly appreciated and seen as an opportunity to forge a lasting relationship. The long hours of real estate means Tony cherishes family time with his wife and twin daughters. Tony likes to keep fit and regularly includes running or on the boat skiing and wakeboarding.

My professional career spans greater than the average salesperson. My broad experience includes sales, sales and sales with a touch of advertising, marketing, property styling and small business ownership – all of which have perfectly conditioned me for a long term and successful career in Real Estate. My biggest highlight was placing highly on Channel 7's 'House Rules' competition in 2016. This experience taught me how to negotiate with the people, how to add value to homes and instilled a ‘never give up’ attitude. After this intensive experience I gained a wealth of knowledge which I can readily pass on to clients to grab them the best price for their property. What I enjoy most is connecting with people, getting accustom to their individual needs and then working with them to achieve their expectations. My understanding of what real estate means, from a buyer and seller perspective, is all too familiar given that I have been in both positions many times before. The biggest reward for me in Real Estate is when the Vendor and the Buyer of the one property are both ecstatic at the end result. I have bought, sold and lived in the West for over 25 years. I love the area I live in which makes me even more passionate to be amongst the community and appreciate all it has to offer, this is a contributing factor to my success in selling homes in the inner west. Along with the love I have for Melbourne’s West, my clients appreciate the free styling advice and how I'm not only willing to sell their home, but go the extra mile to prepare their homes for sale.
