From the outset, Donna and Sharon displayed very good knowledge of the local area and provided valuable comparisons to similar properties, both locally and in comparable nearby localities. Without Donna and Sharon's experience :- 1. I would never have thought my property could achieve the price it did. 2. Without their calming influence I would have crashed the sale with all the extensions. 3. Their recommendation and help with the conveyancing and diligence on the paperwork side was exceptional. 4. The commission on the sale that I had to pay was more than reasonable if not a bargain for all the work they did to make the sale happen. 5. Anyone would do themselves a great disservice if they chose a different agent to promote their property.
