Because Donna is resident real estate agent in Howard, she can and does deliver an excellent service for this area. On a number of occasions, follow ups to seal our sale were needed and she quickly followed through. Because she had developed a good relationship with the buyer of our property, she was able to competently reassure them that the deal could go ahead. Her commission and expenses were also below those quoted by other agents.

With modern technology and change of contract dates, made it hard for we "oldies" to keep up, but they were always on hand to assist us. When the container pick up was delayed, they again came to our rescue, and we really appreciate their understanding. When I first thought about listing my property for sale, I looked at the websites of two agencies. BDR presented a professional introduction to the agency. This was backed up by the several phone contacts I had with Donna (I live four hours drive away) before we finally met in person. Donna gave me confidence in her approach to marketing the property through knowledge of the region, town and market for homes like mine. She listened to my expectations and produced a plan which brought almost immediate results. Living so far from Howard, I had to rely on Donna to attend to minor issues associated with my home. She also arranged for the cleaning and mowing of the house during the settlement period which I really appreciated given my lack of local knowledge. Donna was invaluable in contacting the seller to resolve aspects of the sale. She handled sale in a timely manner and was always available by phone when I needed to contact her. I relied on Donna from start to finish and she repaid my trust by providing excellent service and exceeded my expectations.
