Andrew was SO on top of everything we needed, predicting when we needed info, and providing access to all we needed, with confirmation texts and phone calls to ensure all was going to plan. The after service too, in passing our property on to their rental side of the business was seamless. Looking forward to more of the same in this next chapter of owning our little piece of Launceston! Thankful :)

We received great professional service and great feedback. Couldn’t ask for better, achieved a good sale price and would certainly recommend him to others.

Richard had previously sold me an investment property and I found him to be a good negotiator with excellent communications skills and a passion for real estate. This time he sold my property, for a higher price than I expected and an offer within 8 days of listing. Thoroughly recommend Richard.

I actually owned this property before Richard bought out the previous agent and he has been my managing agent ever since. I used to have 13 properties and now have a half a dozen investment properties around Australia, but this was the only one in Tassie. The way Richard handled the sale was so far ahead of any of my other experiences. I ended up getting well above the asking price and can't speak highly enough about Bushby Properties.

His knowledge is impeccable and the way he conducts him self as a professional a lot of young people should take a leaf from his book.

Could not of been happier with our dealings with Richard everything went perfectly from the day our house went on the market

Richards videos are a powerful selling tool and a delight to watch. We view them even if it is a property we're not interested in, just for the sheer enjoyment and the delight he brings to the presentation. He never undersells himself but you definitely reap the rewards at the end. He is easy to work with, knows a huge amount of people looking to buy and is always up to date with what is happening in his area. We have engaged Richard many times and would never have anyone else. We would recommend him to anyone.

From the start Richard was very informative and the knowledge he has of the area in regards to selling houses was amazing. He helped us through a process that was very close to our hearts and always was a professional and never waived from letting us know that we will sell our house and someone else will make it their own. Thanks Richard, you made this so much easier.
