When it came to selling my house, I didn't want bells and whistles and pointless fluff and spin that comes with some agents. I just wanted to entrust my sale to a proven performer who would get the job done quickly and without any fuss. I knew Richard was an expert on property in the Mowbray area and that his contacts would prove invaluable. He certainly did not disappoint, securing a sale well above the listing price and achieving this within a week. I would certainly recommend Richard to anybody keen on a fast and rewarding return!

As a vendor of an investment property who does not live in Tasmania, Richard took care of business and exceeded our expectations. Working around the tenants of a property he did not manage, he got the property looking in great shape and had the plan under contract in not time for a price that pleased. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept us regularly up to date Highly recommend this man and his team Well done Mr Bailey!

Richard's attention to every aspect of arranging the sale of our home was first class from start to finish. His initial advice, marketing and attention to detail certainly helped to sell our home in a few days and provided both the buyer and ourselves with a straightforward hassle free outcome which was in both of our interests. There is no doubt the way he marketed our property showed his professionalism in this regard. We cannot thank Richard and his team enough for what they did for us.

Was a great experience to have Richard involved in the sale of my house. He asked me my thoughts from day one which was great. He gave me his feedback and being aware of his experience and knowledge I knew he would give me the best advice. How can you tell someone like Richard how to sell your house. He worked hard to get the best possible price. Well done extremely happy with your hard work. Thank you

I had been following Richards videos of his listings for a couple of months while researching Launceston, and found them to be very clever as well as informative. We were trying to buy an investment property in Invermay as we fell in love with the character homes around the area. Richard is the Rockstar of this suburb. I am from Melbourne and manage to get down to Launceston a couple of times to view various homes without any success. On my last trip Richard showed me the house I had been waiting for with only two hours left before my flight back to Melbourne. I was very impressed with Richard and thankful to him for going out of his way for me. The ongoing service and kindness from the whole staff leaves me astounded.

Richard is very knowledgeable, super efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Property went on the market on Friday, Richard had sold it above our price expectations by next Tuesday. I know exactly who I’ll be seeing for all properties in the future! Amazing to do business with.
