Katrina is the best real estate agent in Launceston, We have had a lot of dealings with her and she always seems to get above market value for all the properties she has sold for us. We highly recommend her to anyone thinking of selling their property as Katrina goes above and beyond to get the desired outcome.

From start to finish of our experience, Richard went above and beyond which resulted in a fantastic quick sale. Richard has a deep understanding of the local market so we knew from the start we could trust him with the sale of our property and it would be a stress free experience. Richard was extremely professional and committed to meeting our timeline to sell our home. We were blown away with how quickly Richard sold our home and we couldn't be more thankful. We highly recommend Richard to anyone looking to sell their property.

Mellissa was fantastic, she made the process positive and was fantastic at communicating with me throughout the duration of settlements. Highly recommend Mellissa for any one looking to buy a house especially first home buyers.

Mellissa was fabulous to deal with, and as interstate buyers she managed the unique challenges this presented. Mellissa was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and generous with her time. She represents Tasmania well and we look forward to making this small island our home.

We approached Kristy after our property sat on the market for 18 months, without receiving any attention. Kristy laid out a suggested strategy and we went with it. Within a week we’d received an abundance of interest, which ultimately led to a sale within 3 weeks. Kristy is an extraordinarily enthusiastic agent who kept us appraised of each and every phase of listing and sale. Likewise, Nardean dealt with the property management aspects of our property with great professionalism and communication. We couldn’t be happier with Kristy, Nardean and The Agency team. We highly recommend them. David & Imogen

Katrina was absolutely amazing I would highly recommend her. Very professional and it was only on the market for one week. Wasn’t expecting a quick sale which made the process easier as it was our family home that we was saying goodbye too.

From the initial call to tour of the house, Kristy was informed and the ultimate professional. Helpful and understanding towards me which really helped with an interstate purchase. Cannot recommend highly enough, thanks Kristy.

I approached Mellissa to sell my property for me because she is a trusted local agent with a down or earth, friendly, professional and approachable personality. This made doing business with Mellissa very easy. From the moment she came around to see my property right up to the sale going through Mellissa made the process effortless. My property went under offer on the first open home with an offer I was pleased and happy with. Mellissa is an honest agent who I’d happily do business with again.

This is not the first property that Katrina has sold for us, and we would not hesitate to engage her, Ian and The Agency again. We cannot fault their down to earth, realistic approach to real estate. Their communication was fantastic as was their commitment to selling our property. They frequently went over and above expectations to get the job done and we truly appreciate all their efforts. We wouldn’t even consider dealing with anyone else.

Katrina and Ian have sold properties for my son and daughter. The two work great as a tag team, nothing was too much trouble for them to help sell my home. Advertising and video was excellent , lots of open homes all helped achieve a sale .I would absolutely recommend Katrina and Ian. Thank you both for a great outcome 🏠
