Melissa knows the area very well and was very creative in her styling of our houses. She understood the difficulties we would face in selling a unique property and worked intelligently in approaching the market. We were very happy with the outcome and are happy for her in her ongoing success in selling NE Tasmanian properties

Mellissa was great in the knowledge of the real estate climate and advised us accordingly. Mellissa was always happy to be contacted and if she couldn't talk at that time she would always get back to us. Mellissa is a professional savvy lady who know exactly what she is doing and might I say, she does it well.

Mellissa was great to deal with and made the buying process easy. She was flexible and got the best deal for both sides. She accommodated the process virtually and ensured an interstate purchase went smoothly. The hampers was a nice touch and she worked closely with the sellers to leave the property in great condition. Would highly recommend Mellissa as an agent.

This is my second time dealing with Katrina and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her and Ian again. The ultimate professional and works hard to sell your property. No sugar coating, just honest and hardworking. Also a great person and easy to talk to about any sellers issues you might have. I have no doubt we will do business again. Thanks Katrina.
