He is competent but tells you what you want to hear. Not interested in any communication after the commission is paid. Job done.

Thank You Richard

Thank you Richard for your respect, courtesy and listening to my needs and wants when it came to purchasing my home. You went far beyond your role as a real estate agent as you answered my questions, reminded what I needed to do and helped me negotiated a couple of hiccups along the way. You quick responses to my txt messages, availability to showing me homes at short notice and after service is outstanding. I would be happy to recommend Richard to anyone wanting to buy a property in the area and should I be looking at selling or buying the future I would call on Richard's assistance.

14 Old Timber Court

Richard played a vital part in making sure our move went smoothly even when circumstances beyond ours and Richard's control meant settlement was late in the day. Richard negotiated with the then owners of 14 Old Timber court to let us into the property before settlement even though they didn't have to. We are very grateful for Richard's hard work. Trustworthy, Knowledgable & Sincere

The service we recieved from Richard during every stage of listing, showing and negotiating our house was second to none. As a born and bred local his knowledge of the local area was very good. He took the time to really understand our circumstances and worked hard to achieving a result in excellent time.
