Her communication, market knowledge and professionalism was 10 out of 10 also negotiating skills to get the best price I was really happy with. Her idea to come up with using Norman my dog was brilliant I’m sure it put peppermint grove beach on the map, and larisa was so professional in it and wasn’t as boring as most videos on Facebook that try to sell a house, also every home open Larisa gave us feedback the same day, I would definitely recommend larisa to sell a house 👍😊
