Friendly and enthusiastic, Tai was able to negotiate with the purchaser to get the price we wanted, even though it was a difficult market during Covid. He went above and beyond getting a shorter settlement for us, keeping a smile on our faces throughout the process. Would happily recommend him to friends and family. Sold my property in the Chadstone suburb( 2021) . Having never met Tai, I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge as well as cultivating ambitious personality.
