Brett was recommended to us by a family friend. From the beginning Brett showed great local knowledge of the area where our house was located. The sales campaign ran very smoothly and we were kept well informed after each open for inspection. Our occasional queries were dealt with promptly. Selling our family home after 64 years was always going to be somewhat emotional and we were treated with respect and kindness. We were very pleased with the outcome on auction day.

Tai was always professional from the day one, he was understanding of the house being a part of a deceased estate. He handled it with empathy and professionalism at all times. He was always there to answer any questions, and made everything clear. He was calm and collected even when we weren't. Very happy with the end result, but the journey was bumpy, not sure if I was being given all the information as the final offer far exceeded what I had been led to believe was coming. Would have saved me a lot of anxiety (but I guess that is part of their job.) Tai was easy to communicate with, helpful and enthusiastic. Everyone at Buxton Ashburton that I dealt with were very professional.

This is the second property that Brett has sold for me. He was in regular communication with us and provided honest guidance around expectations of sale price. He had good knowledge on our market and was able to work with other agents to help enhance interest levels in our property. Things didn't end on auction day, as he has been in contact during the settlement period and we have since purchased a property that he recommended to us off market that arose in his agency network.
