I was faced with the daunting task of moving interstate and having to find somewhere to rent without actually seeing the property in person, Jessica was extremely understanding and helpful, she met with my nominated friend so that they could inspect the property on my behalf. The turnaround time between applying and being accepted was extremely quick and efficient as Jessica understood my situation and urgency for a quick outcome. Thanks Jessica and the team for helping me find an awesome home near the lake, such a relief. Now I have real peace of mind in regards to where I'm going to live :)
