professionalism at it's best
This was our first investment property, so we had many questions. Matthew Holton, Julie Frans and the team helped us to clear all our queries. Especially their marketing ideas are modern, which helped to get more prospective tenants and the advertisements strategies make our property stand out among others. Property management team is responsive and attentive to issues when they arise. Especially in my case, I’m far away from my investment property, Matthew and his team attend to all the issues, so it makes my stress fade away.

Very helpful and understanding
Ben helped me immensely by going out of his way to video call me and show me through a home during covid restrictions. He also spent time on the phone with me to help me with the application process. He has been very fast at getting back to me regarding maintenance as well. I am very happy with my experience so far.
