During this Covid-19 period we were getting no response from real estate agents for inspections. Jamie answered my phone call and got us through the house within 48 hours and we were approved for the property that day. The property didn't have central heating and we raised it with Jamie, he advocated to the landlord and got it installed for us which was incredibly important in Ballarat!! Jamie always returns our phone calls and emails, he is super efficient.
