We engaged the services of Buxton Ballarat for the lease of our property. Abbey got onto the job quickly and was able to request the previous owners for the use of the photos that were used for the sale of the house. This made a tremendous difference to how our property appeared on the rental market. Lots of opens were scheduled and very thorough checks of each applicant were made. Intuition, experience and thorough screening processes helped Buxton advise on who would be the most suitable tentant for our property. At all times there was clear communication about where we were in the process and Abbey was always contactable.
