I really want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Jasmine and Ben Murphy from Buxton. They have been exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. I was in a very stressful situation — returning to Australia in just 10 days without having a house secured. I genuinely had no idea what I would do, and I could have ended up without a place to stay. But both Jasmine and Ben went above and beyond to help us get the house before we arrived. Their efforts, communication, and support made everything smooth and hassle-free. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done. I truly appreciate their hard work and kindness.

I have been dealing with Tayla from Buxton Ballarat as my property manager and my experience so far has been quite amazing. I carried out some upgrades to the property and her support on getting builders, finding trades for different tasks was quite brilliant. I had got quotes on my end as well and they turned out to be quite similar to what she was offering. Even when selecting tenants, she provided regular updates and ensured a quick turnaround with a tenant. Would not hesitate recommending her and the team for the region.

Tayla has been the best agent we’ve had already, and I’ve been renting for years. Has been so friendly, responsive and genuinely helpful with anything that has come up. I would highly recommend Buxton Ballarat.

After moving in to the property in Creekstone Drive, we have had little communication from Buxton Ballarat, in particular concerning the three issues needing attention which I have reported and have been unanswered. Disappointed.

Paris has been great at keeping me updated on my property, and finding a tenant through her existing network meant no downtime between rentals. Great work by Paris and the Buxton Ballarat team.
