I found our agent Caitlin really great to communicate with, if we have any queries or need any help, we feel comfortable contacting and always receive great service! Our leasing process was super easy through Buxton

Renae has been great in organising tenants for my property. Her professionalism, constant contact with me has been brilliant and her care and consideration for my investment has given me the satisfaction and relief that I've left it in the right hands. She will be recommended in the future to others and so will Buxtons Real Estate.

Very thorough and patient agency. Ideal for first time landlords. You pay a higher rate for a significantly better service.

Moving into Ballarat and not knowing a soul was made a whole lot easier by the friendly and professional Caitlin who stayed back on a Friday to ensure my move was made easier by having the keys, and answering each and every query in a timely manner. Again being new to town her local knowledge of amenties such as good hair dressers etc has really helped reduce my stress level!

I moved my property from another local agency after 8 years and I could not be happier with the decision. Olivia was a great communicator and my property was tenanted to an excellent tenant in record time. Incredibly efficient and professional property management service. Thank you!
